Warranty

• The warranty covers manufacturing/ workmanship and material defects that occur during the warranty period. The warranty applies to furniture used under normal household conditions.

• The product comes with a 1-year warranty which covers manufacturing defects, inherent termite and borer issues.

• Dimensions may slightly vary in the actual product.

• Always follow the recommended weight limit for products.

• Always use coasters or mats while keeping hot materials on the wooden surface.

• Dust the furniture with clean, dry lint-free cotton cloth. Use moist cloth to clean glass surfaces.

• Furniture should not be moved in assembled condition. Products should be dismantled and re-assembled in case of shifting/moving around furniture. Do not drag the furniture in assembled condition, this will damage the joints “Lift and shift” should be followed.

• Avoid using abrasive materials like scrub pads or chemicals for cleaning the surface as they may scratch the surface. Avoid putting naphthalene balls directly into the furniture.

• Use mild detergents with a soft sponge/ cloth for cleaning stubborn stains.

• Direct sunlight over a prolonged period can cause fading and /or deterioration of fabric.

• Avoid Keeping Furniture under direct sunlight or expose it to extreme weather condition, cause fading and/or deterioration of fabric.

• It is advisable to have your furniture cleaned regularly by professional upholstery cleaner as different fibres and fabric constructions require special treatment.

• To protect your furniture from fading, avoid keeping your furniture next to windows and other places where it can be exposed to direct sunlight.

• We have made every effort to display the colours of the products that appear on the Site as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colours will be accurate.

• We strive hard to get the real image of every product listed, but it should be considered indicative only.

RETURN POLICY

• We offer a 7-Day Return Policy for all products. Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:

  • Damaged Product

  • Dead on Arrival

  • Manufacturing Defect

  • Incomplete Product

  • Incorrect Product

  • Expired Product

Terms & Conditions

• Assembly service will be provided if product deliver in knock down condition and it will be completed within 3 days of delivery.

• In case of product deliver on do it condition, customer read to fit it as per fitting manual and help of customer care. Installation videos also available on you tube.

• You agree that you are solely responsible for any loss or damage or any breach of your obligations under the terms.

• The Company shall not be liable to any third party for such termination.

• For all products that inform any form of assembly, please ensure that the delivery team assembles the product, so that you have the peace of mind that everything fits well and is accounted for.

• Cancellation in case of wrong product: If the product does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, raise the issue immediately & report it to support.

• Cancellation in Case of Damage: In case if you received a damaged or defective product

• That the address at which delivery of the product ordered by you is to be made will be correct and proper in all respects.
