Do you ship to my city and location?

For a For a Pleasant customer experience, we have decided to deliver each product personally in Delhi and NCR and for order from other cities we take help of courier/transport companies

We currently deliver in entire Pan India but please check your area pin code before placing an order.

 

What is the estimated delivery time?

Products are typically dispatched within 48 Hrs of order confirmation.

All the products are transported and delivered using the delivery network of V J Interior Pvt Ltd

While we try to ensure that the product reaches you within the delivery time communicated, exigencies may delay the delivery. In such cases, please do not worry. Get in touch with us for the latest update on your shipment if we have already not gotten in touch with you.

For all order, the estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 business days starting from the day of shipping. The day of shipping is indicated on your product page at the time of order. Please note that we will Not be able to ship orders earlier than the indicated time.

 

Can I cancel the order?

In the rare case that you do not like the product, or are unable to make space for it, you may cancel the order before dispatch the order. Please note ; we will not be able to process cancellation requests after the order is shipped , and return is applicable in case of manufacturing defects only .

 

Return / Replacement

For any manufacturing defects and damages in transit, we offer easy replacements / returns. In case, you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of product receipt.

Email us a few photographs with the order number and item code to [email protected] or call us 8010292106. We will assess the damage and revert within 24 hours.

We will either arrange to collect the complete product and send you a free replacement or just send you a replacement part.

 

What if I receive a damaged product?

In case you receive a damaged product (damage as defined above), please bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel immediately.

Email us a few photographs with the order number and item code to [email protected] or call us 8010292106. We will assess the damage and revert within 24 hours.

Our team will assess the damage and get back to you within 2 business days. Depending on the degree of damage. We will either arrange to collect the complete product and send you a free replacement or just send you a replacement part.
